Description

Chemical disinfectants are chemical substances which are used to kill or deactivate pathogenic microorganisms. For example bleach. Bleach can be used for sanitising or disinfecting all surfaces, especially when an extended residual contact time is preferred. Bleach is fast acting and has a broad spectrum kill. Galtec Bleach has been stabilised by careful control of the alkalinity and at the recommended dosages is effective against a wide variety of commonly encountered bacteria, e.g. Staph Aureus, Salmonella, Streptococci, E Coli, Pseudomonas, etc.

Galtec Bleach is a strong and effective disinfectant. Its active ingredient, sodium hypochlorite, denatures protein in micro-organisms and is therefore effective in killing bacteria, fungus and viruses.

It should be noted that bleach IS NOT a cleaner. It does not clean surfaces. Bleach is a powerful and effective disinfectant. The main ingredient is sodium hypochlorite. Bleach in general is highly effective at disinfecting surfaces in a home, toilets and drains, floor and kitchen surfaces. It can be used either neat or diluted. Galtec should be used neat for sinks, drains and toilets.
